Your notes stay in your browser.
There's no account and no login. We don't keep a central database of your trip notes, uniform notes, fair-share explanations, fundraiser notes, meal lists, or equipment plans — what you type stays on your device.

Browser storage
Worksheets may autosave notes in IndexedDB or localStorage on your device. Please download a backup file for anything important — browsers can clear their own data, and CommonCrew Labs has no way to recover a local worksheet for you.
To remove a worksheet, clear BandBoosterKit's site data in your browser and delete any CSV, print, or backup files you saved. Because those copies are on your device, CommonCrew Labs cannot delete them for you.
Analytics
BandBoosterKit does not use analytics today. If that changes, this policy will be updated before analytics are turned on. Worksheet contents will not be sent to analytics.
What to keep out of the worksheets
Do not enter full private rosters, student balances, payment records, hardship notes, medical details, emergency contacts, room assignments, addresses, parent phone lists, card or bank data, tax IDs, credentials, or official records.
Privacy questions and email deletion requests
Email [email protected] with a privacy question or a deletion request for an email you sent us. Please do not include student records, payment details, medical information, or other private program data.
