What to leave behind
A packet another parent can follow
Keep the useful numbers and notes together, then leave official balances and private student records in the systems your program already uses.
Band booster calculators and worksheets
Choose the trip cost or fair-share worksheet, get the uniform closet onto paper, sort out contest day and meals, or put together the next equipment request. The finished worksheets come first. The fundraiser page is listed last because its math is not ready.

Find your job
TRIP / Approval request through departure week
Work out the cost per student and put the proposed deposit schedule where families can read it. Final dates and approvals still come from your director, school, and trip company.
UNIF / Fitting day through return day
Keep track of jackets, bibbers, shakos, garment bags, cleaning, repairs, and what still needs to come back.
COMP / Contest week through bus return
Put the day's times, adult jobs, and truck or trailer load list in one place. Use the director's update for the final schedule.
MEAL / Band camp, game nights, competition Saturdays
Turn the headcount into a shopping list, account for donated food, and note who is handling each serving shift.
EQPT / Inventory review through board approval
List what is worn out, add replacement estimates and target years, and give the director and booster board a useful budget request.
FUND / Sale launch through deposit handoff
The math is not finished. You may keep general fundraiser notes here, but do not use this page for credits, deposits, balances, or fee decisions.
