One run sheet for the whole long Saturday
Arrival, load, warm-up, perform, awards, load out — this BandBoosterKit packet builder autosaves in your browser and prints the run sheet, load list, and adult jobs on one page. It isn't the official itinerary, so use role labels or initials only, and keep student names, rosters, medical notes, and contact details out of it.

Assumptions
Check these before sharing
Use bus labels, section labels, adult role labels, and group codes when possible.
Keep medical details, emergency contacts, full room assignments, addresses, and private parent phone lists in approved school systems.
Official festival schedules, venue rules, transportation policy, supervision rules, and required forms must be checked at the source.
Blank rows are ignored; quantities below zero are treated as zero and flagged.
Formula notes
How the worksheet math works
The run sheet lists itinerary rows with times, activities, and leads. The load list counts packed versus total items and flags unpacked critical items. The role sheet counts filled versus open day-of roles.
Packed percent = packed load items / total load items.
Critical items that are not packed are counted and flagged for the load crew.
Roles without an assignment label count as open; itinerary rows without a lead are counted for review.
Sources and local checks
Where these worksheet checks come from
These references help set the worksheet's boundaries. Your current school, district, booster, director, treasurer, venue, and event instructions still come first.
Local school, district, booster, travel, payment, safety, and music-program procedures : Official policy, payment records, and required forms stay outside BandBoosterKit.
Official festival, venue, transportation, and school event instructions : Schedules, venue rules, safety, and required forms must be checked at the source.
FAQ
Common questions
What can I do with the Competition-Day Packet Builder?
Enter your numbers and notes, save in this browser, print the packet, export CSV, or download a backup file. Official records, payments, and approvals stay in the systems your group already uses.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no account to create and nothing to log into. Your work saves right in this browser when local saving is available.
What should I avoid entering?
Leave out full private rosters, student account balances, medical details, emergency contacts, room assignments, addresses, parent phone lists, payment records, card or bank data, tax IDs, credentials, and anything you would not put in a shared booster packet.
